Terms of Service

WeatherBump is operated by Busic Digital (“we”, “us”). By installing WeatherBump from the Jobber App Marketplace or using weatherbump.com, you agree to these terms.

What WeatherBump does

WeatherBump reads the schedule in your Jobber account, compares it against public weather forecasts, and proposes rescheduling plans. By default it is proposal-only: nothing in your Jobber account is changed. If you turn on write mode and approve a plan, WeatherBump moves the affected visits in your Jobber schedule on your behalf, and offers a 24-hour undo for each applied plan.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing plans before approving them, and for your schedule, your crews, and your commitments to your clients. WeatherBump proposes; you decide.
• You must have the authority to connect the Jobber account you connect, and to permit schedule changes in it.
• Keep your Jobber credentials secure. Access to your Jobber account is access to WeatherBump.

Forecasts are forecasts

Weather data comes from the U.S. National Weather Service and is inherently uncertain. We make no guarantee that a day flagged as a washout will be unworkable, or that an unflagged day will be workable. Decisions made on the basis of a plan — including crew scheduling, client commitments, and costs of either working or not working — are yours.

Pricing

WeatherBump is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell connected accounts in advance, and no charge will ever occur without your explicit agreement.

Service, warranty, liability

WeatherBump is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during early access, is zero). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from scheduling decisions.

Termination

You can disconnect WeatherBump at any time from Jobber’s App Marketplace. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or to protect the service. On uninstall, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to connected accounts. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
